Welcome to Eagles Landing on Lanier!

Eagles Landing on Lanier is an established, quaint and quiet swim/tennis community located in North Forsyth county near Lake Lanier.  Our 77 house community is conveniently located within minutes of the towns of Gainesville, Dawsonville, and Cumming.  

Several state parks that line Lake Lanier are a short drive away to enjoy some time on the lake or put your boat in.  Students attend the highly rated and 6th largest school district in the state, Forsyth County School District.  Our neighborhood feeds into Chestatee Elementary, Little Mills Middle, and East Forsyth High School. 

This website is utilized to communicate with and help Eagles Landing neighbors stay connected.  You can view all official Eagles Landing documents under the "Files" tab of this website.  In the "Breaking News!" tab, the latest news from the HOA Board is posted.
